The CAPCA Charity Shop, in existence since 1990, has been located in a number of locations within the Paphos area. The current shop is located at 120 Leoforos Eleftherias, Chlorakas, It is on the same side of the same street as the previous shop, and as you drive towards Paphos town, it is very close to Petz Stuff. (See the map at the foot of this page.) There is limited parking outside the shop.
After our recent re-vamp, which has created the largest charity shop in Paphos, the ground floor showroom will be where you find the most popular items for sale including seasonal ladies, gents and children’s seasonal clothing and footwear.
There is also a huge selection of jewellery, bags, books, toys and puzzles, videos, DVDs, CDs and tapes.
On the first floor you will find soft furnishings, bedding, curtains and lamps.
Our new basement showroom features furniture, beds, garden furniture and, in the near future, an electrical appliance section.
We also sell promotional PAWS Dog Shelter merchandise such as the ever popular CAPCA calendar and Christmas cards.
Like to help us?
You can do so in any of the following ways. By dropping of any unwanted, clean, quality clothing and household goods at the shop during opening hours.
By sparing a few hours a week of your time to join our team of volunteers in the shop.
By becoming one of our regular customers. We are sure that you will be impressed both with the warm welcome and the bargains to be found.
Please remember that the abandoned and homeless dogs at PAWS Dog Shelter are dependent on us working together to raise funds so that we can improve the quality of their lives!
PAWS Dog Shelter
The Charity Shop, even in the difficult times of the recent recession, has continued to make a steady and extremely valuable contribution in generating funds for PAWS Dog Shelter.
Kim Farmer, the Charity Shop Manager, works alongside her band of volunteers maintaining a professionally presented shop which is clean, well stocked, and offers a wide range of goods. The volunteers give of their time for no reward, other than knowing that their efforts are contributing to the health and welfare of the dogs at the shelter. Volunteers help to sort , price and display the varied donations. There are others who help to restore, clean and repair furniture, check all electrical items that are donated, and we even have the services of a lady who is a professional window dresser. Our multi-national clientele can be assured of a warm welcome. Kim can be contacted on 97 826 876.
