Megan was brought to us having been found on the streets. We think she is about 8 years old and had obviously been used the breeding. She has been with us now for 5 weeks and we were totally shocked one morning to find she had given birth to 4 puppies. Megan had shown no signs of pregnancy up to that point but thankfully due to her experience she managed well and now we have 4 beautiful Beagle Puppies.

All 4 of them are female but don’t have the usual tricolour,  instead they are mainly black and white with a touch of brown. Megan and her puppies are all doing well and the puppies are growing rapidly.

Megan’s only flaw to date is her dislike of cats, in fact she shows her true Beagle instinct hunting them out on her walks. She is house trained but due to her natural protection of her puppies, we haven’t been able to introduce her to the other dogs in the foster home.
