Alfie

Meet Alfie, a lively dog who is eagerly waiting for his forever home! He was found on a beach, alongside another dog.  Both were in very bad condition – emaciated and dehydrated with scars and missing fur on their bodies. They probably wouldn’t have been able to survive much longer on their own. Wherever they came from was not a good place because they both suffered total neglect.

Despite the hardships he’s faced, Alfie is full of affection and is ready to share it with the right family.  Alfie is a very lively boy who, as dictated by his breed (and probable former use), is oriented towards hunting. But, like the majority of hounds, he is also very affectionate and loves human company.  Whether it’s exploring everything on a long walk or playing – just look at him with that rope toy; he is thoroughly enjoying it! – he thrives on activity and loves keeping busy.

Alfie has a natural curiosity and a keen sense of adventure, making him ideal for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle. He is smart and eager to learn, which means he’ll do best with kind and patient owners who can help guide him.
