Buckaroo is a happy, boisterous dog who is full of energy and loves to be around people and other dogs. He is quite a big boy who has had little consistent discipline in his life' however, there is nothing that a firm voice and positive reinforcement won’t put right. He doesn’t have a bad bone in his body, he just doesn’t know yet what is and isn’t OK and when things are allowed and when not.

Buckaroo is a great dog who just needs some polishing. He needs people who will be consistent in how they deal with him and how they train him. Training classes would be ideal for him because they are structured and both teach and reinforce good behaviours gradually. He is an intelligent dog but could become easily confused by mixed signals. He also needs fairly strong people who can handle him until he learns how to walk on the leash; currently he has a tendency to pull because he wants to be off and sniffing and exploring.
