Bumper was spotted by someone who was, coincidentally, on her way to the shelter. She was lying by the roadside, a victim of a hit and run. Two of the PAWS team rescued her and took her straight to the vet. X-rays showed that one of her back legs was badly broken. Following an operation to pin the bone together, Bumper came into the shelter. Apart from a slight limp, you would barely notice there had been any problem. At the sound of someone at her pen door, she comes bounding from wherever she is to say hello. She is a friendly girl who will make a great addition to any family.
