Bundy was found on the streets by one of our volunteers who fostered him until there was space in the shelter. At a guess, Bundy belonged to a hunter but got left behind on hunting day. Why do we think that? He is definitely a scent hound. On walks, once he gets over the excitement of being out and about, his nose is to the ground following whatever smell he has latched on to.
Bundy is a very energetic and active dog who loves to be around people. His joy and love of life seem to know no bounds. Because he doesn't have people with him for much of the day he goes crazy with happiness when someone is with him. He bounces around and becomes quite the clown. For all that, he is a very sweet boy who just wants attention and love. Bundy won't make a very good couch potato; he will need a secure garden to run around and use some of his energy. He will need something to occupy him, be it games, toys, training, walks - anything to use his brain and his energy.
If you are looking for an active dog that's not too big or would like more information about adopting a dog from PAWS, please send us a private Facebook message (please include your email address in your message), email colleenatpaws@outlook.com or come to the shelter to meet Bundy.
