Custard, along with his siblings Hob Nob and Cookie, were abandoned at the shelter gates. They were a mere two days old!  The best we can say for the heartless person who left them is that at least there were still people at the shelter. Had they been abandoned after we closed, their chance of survival would have been pretty low.

Being so young they couldn't go into the shelter so a foster home was found and the foster parents fed them day and night every 2 hours. With such good care, the pups grew rapidly and were soon old enough and big enough for the shelter.

All three are incredibly energetic, boisterous, curious and slightly crazy. Sadly, we just don't have the time for any training, so their new family will be starting from scratch but... the Belgian Malinois breed is known for its intelligence and with positive training methods will be eager to please. Custard is not for the faint-hearted. He needs a secure garden to run around and let off steam; he needs to be occupied with games /training / walks. With the right guidance Custard will be a gem.
