Harris is a typical lively, energetic pointer; the sort of dog that doesn't like to be cooped up in a pen. He has a great character and is intelligent, which should make him fairly easy to train. Pointers like to be kept occupied and Harris is no exception; he wants to be out and about doing things and so would be ideal for people who are themselves active.
He is a friendly guy who would love to be able to spend more time with people than we can offer him at PAWS. We don't know what his life has been like to date, but it is doubtful he knows about living in a home, however his intelligence and willingness to please should make this a relatively easy task.
He may not be in the first flush of youth, but nor is he an elderly statesman. He still has years of love and loyalty to give to the lucky family that adopts him.
