Little Thomas, the adorable Pekingese X, first came to PAWS in 2022. Sadly, following the passing of the lady who adopted him, he is back at the shelter and seeking a new servant to provide him with the love and comfort he deserves. He is affectionate but, typical of his breed, can be stubborn; however, he’ll make an excellent companion – even if it is on his terms! He’s looking for someone who can offer him a cozy corner on the sofa to curl up in and enjoy life at a leisurely pace. Given the Pekingese delusion of grandeur, he would be happy living in an apartment with a balcony from where he can survey his kingdom.
Ideal for an older individual or couple, Thomas prefers peaceful strolls over strenuous hikes and appreciates the simple pleasures, like lounging in the sun.
