Lenny was, like many dogs here in Cyprus, found as a stray and lucky enough to be brought to PAWS.

For the first 5 weeks he was in the shelter he was terrified of human contact. He stayed as far away from us as his pen allowed. Then one day he came to say hello at the pen door and allowed us to tousle his head. But once in the pen he still stayed away from us. Now 7 weeks in and his fear has almost gone and he enjoys being petted and will even tap your arm with his paw to ask for more. Who knows what happened to this little guy before he came to us, but it would appear that it left him somewhat traumatised. Anyway, hopefully all that is in the past and he can move forward.

Lenny Is a lovely boy who will flourish once he has his own loving family and can feel at ease and loved.
