Oscar is a handsome Labrador mix who came to PAWS from a local veterinarian after his owner surrendered him. He is a lovely, affectionate boy who enjoys the company of people. One of our volunteers, who has taken him for walks, mentions that he loves walking and is generally good on the leash, although he can be a bit strong at times. Despite not knowing his background, she noted, “It looks as if he had some kind of home before,” suggesting that his manners indicate he has been in a domestic environment. It would be great if he could find a new home while that behaviour is fresh in his mind.
