Whisky was signed over to us by his owner who, due to a change in circumstances, felt unable to keep him any longer. It is obvious that Whisky had lots of interaction with people and was well cared for because his joy at being with people is immense.  He is at his happiest when someone is in his pen or he can at least see a human nearby.  Given the opportunity, he would keep someone by his side all the time and his life would be complete.

He is open to all comers. He is full of life and enjoys tug of war, chasing a ball and being cuddled. It is debatable which of these is his favourite.He knows the basic commands and will act upon them most of the time. His joie de vivre is clear for the world to see; he has a great character loves to run about and to go for walks.

He really needs active people in his life who are happy to go for long walks but who treat their dog as part of the family and will allow him to cuddle up on the sofa.  He would be better with older children because his bouncing energy might prove too much for young children.
